This blog started when my bestfriend nurin showed me a blog by our senior. I remember her blog being so beautiful and how her words struck me. well, virgos are known for being easily intrigued by everything so it is natural for me to set up inkedlatte; on the very next day. On one fine evening in 2011, a 12 years old girl having a lot of free time post-UPSR, created this blog. One is simply to have a pretty pink blog and another is to share her world to her friends. Little did she know that the very same blog in which she write everyday on her free time would be the starting point of everything. Where she grows and learns. Where writing has become one of her passion. Where she finds it to be therapeutic and to the point that this blog is not a mere hobby anymore, it is the LOVE of her life.
Blogging has been the start of all my achievements, the platform for me to share all sorts of personal stories, and the place i share the journey of my life. Today, that little girl is not little anymore—both in age and height. Years has passed since and she is still the same girl who loves writing, who loves to share and the same girl whose dream is for her grandmother to come and tell her that she is the Princess of Genovia or maybe to receive Hogwarts acceptance letter lol. Most of my readers have been following me since i was in highschool. They’ve seen me grow from being a highschooler to a college student. My ups and downs, my thoughts and nonsense, my wins and losses, they are all here in my personal archive I called Rkive Nini;
The funny thing is i started this blog using a very different name. Before Niniey Sharlleys become my internet persona, i have become many others. I guess the key point is to remain anonymous. Niniey Sharlleys is the me that is full of dreams and hopes. inkedlatte is my alter ego, my alternative personality when i am mad and furious, when hopes is almost nowhere to be seen, the dark side of me. The one that is fearless. Mizzs Ninie is the little girl inside of me—the kid that simply choose to be kid and not willing to take any responsibility. All of them created Fathini Yusuf, the adult me. The me who are now brave to own up to the name hat her parents had given to her. But we are the same. All that different persona is me throughout my adulting journey.
Truth to be told, the me that wanting to be anonymous is no longer here. and so i am proud to tell you not only my story, but my real name. my name is Fathini and i am
